Embossed Letterheads – Artwork Information
You can upload your printed letterhead artwork while ordering. Before ordering should you have questions or after ordering your custom letterhead papers. Please use the upload button on the product page or via the artwork upload page here.
On to the most noteworthy part of the artwork garb..
Not less than 300dpi as PDF, JPEG or TIFF in the CMYK color range with the “ISO Coated v2 (Fogra 39 L)” colour profile for illustration printing paper and “PSO Uncoated ISO12647 (Fogra 47L)” for offset or recycling paper. Please do not use spot colours.
Finished size of your printed letterhead is 210x297mm. Ensure your artwork/artboards contain 2mm bleed on all side. This will make your overall artwork size 216x303mm.
Please create the elements to be embossed as vectors with a separate special colour HKS or Pantone. The elements of your blind embossing must not be covered by other layers/objects and must be set to “Overprint”. Name your spot colour channel “Embossing”. The colour application of the embossing must be 100%. The minimum line thickness is 0.2 mm.
