As standard the print & cut vinyl lettering are waterproof & abrasion resistant. If you require something that will be used in more extreme, harsher environments or with more aggressive chemicals then we would suggest using a lamination option.

Various types of stickers are available to suit all needs and some of the options are detailed below.

Single colour sign vinyl lettering

Available in a multitude of colours and finishes including matt gloss and metallics. Different adhesive types available for different purposes from standard monomeric, polymeric and full cast wrap based products. Even translucent films are available for light box graphics and such.

Lettering can be cut normally or mirror / reverse cut in order to be applied on the inside of a window.

Supplied as standard weeded (excess film removed) & transfer tape applied ready for you to install. Unless requested or stated otherwise.

Print & Cut versions allow for multicolour lettering and / or images etc. They can be laminated for extra durability.

Print & Cut not suitable for tiny details like intricate lettering etc.

Adhesive – Print & Cut

General adhesive types – Permanent and Removable.

Removable adhesive has 3 times less bond than permanent adhesive and is therefore more easily removed without leaving adhesive residue.

Permanent adhesive will bond over time and the sticker may be difficult to remove after being insitu for some time. Removing them can be made easier by applying heat (e.g. a hairdryer or heatgun) to them.  The heat loosens up the adhesive allowing them to be peeled off more easily.

Removable stickers can generally be removed easily within the first 12 months of initial application to a surface.  Within this time they can normally be removed without leaving any adhesive residue. They can be repositioned, although each reposition can reduce the overall bond life of the sticker.

After 12 months, however, the removable property diminishes and the sticker becomes like a permanent sticker and more difficult to remove.

Lamination – Print & Cut Only

RCS protective lamination adds an extra layer and even more protection and quality to your sticker. It is available on most of the roll sticker media options in Matt and Gloss finish.

You would normally laminate a digitally printed sticker to protect against:

• heavy abrasion or scratching
• solvent cleaners and other chemicals
• or quite simply to add a more luxurious appearance / feel to your decal

Here you can choose whether you want your roll labels to have a gloss (shiny), or a matt (glare free) finish.

Customers most often choose gloss.  However, the matte stickers are becoming more popular and look very stylish, authentic and classy.

Please note: The matt stickers tend to have a shorter outdoor life than the vinyl gloss stickers. Print & cut not suited to small intricate details like lettering etc. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Roll stickers are available in low quantities and also in large volumes alike.

Sticker labels for automotive use. They can be stuck on the outside of any vehicle whether this be a motorcycle, car, van, boat or truck. For extra protection against fuels and chemicals we recommend using laminated decals.

Also useful to advertise your business, school or club in superb high-resolution full colour.  RCS use quality self-adhesive media that can be used indoors and outdoors.  Stickers in general  can last 3 – 7 years. This depends on the media and finishing process. Environmental conditions can affect this too but either way rest assured you are receiving a quality product at an affordable price.
